USAlert WatchDog LT Replacement Back Cover

The USAlert WatchDog LT Pager Back Cover is a durable piece of black polycarbonate material that makes up the back side of the WatchDog LT housing. Back Covers are replaceable, so pagers need not be returned for repair. When assembling the WatchDog LT housing, the Back Cover slides into place from the bottom of the pager and is held in place with a metal screw. Two other parts of the housing attach to the Back Cover, the WatchDog LT Battery Cover and the WatchDog LT Belt Clip. These two parts are also replaceable.

Manufacturer: USAlert

The Battery Cover slides into the cutout area of the Back Cover and is held in place by another metal screw.  The Belt Clip snaps into place in the slotted area near the top of the Back Cover.  This slotted area of the Back Cover has been reinforced for greater strength, but occasionally will break due to the inherent twisting or pulling forces exerted on the belt clip.  The user can easily remove a Back Cover by first detaching the Belt Clip, then loosening the Battery Cover screw and removing the Battery Cover, removing the bottom screw from the housing and then sliding the Back Cover off.  Re-installing a new Back Cover is accomplished by simply reversing this procedure.
