USAlert WatchDog Replacement Back Cover

The USAlert WatchDog Pager Back Cover is a replaceable part of the WatchDog Pager housing. Made of the same durable black polycarbonate material as the housing, the Back Cover can be shipped individually if damage has occurred to the original unit. Returning the entire pager for repair is not necessary.

Manufacturer: USAlert

The WatchDog Back Cover slides onto the front section of the pager housing and is secured with a metal screw at the bottom.  Two other replaceable parts connect to the WatchDog Back Cover.  The WatchDog Battery Cover provides protection for the battery compartment and also holds the batteries in place.  It slides into the cutout area of the Back Cover and is secured with another metal screw.  The WatchDog Belt Clip is another replaceable part and snaps into place near the top of the Back Cover.   The reinforced area where the belt clip snaps into place can sometimes be damaged by the twisting or pulling forces inherent to the belt clip functionality.

Removing the Back Cover is as easy as removing the belt clip, loosening the Battery Cover screw and removing the Battery Cover, and removing the metal screw at the bottom of the WatchDog housing.  The Back Cover will then slide off the pager and a new Back Cover can be installed by reversing this procedure.
