TPL Birdy WP Belt Clip

The TPL Birdy WP Belt Clip is included and shipped with each Birdy WP POCSAG and Flex Pager. An exception is the Birdy WP POCSAG ATEX intrinsically safe pager that ships with a clear plastic holder instead. The spring-loaded detachable belt clip is made of the same rugged plastic material as the pager housing. Replacement belt clips can be ordered if ever lost or damaged.

Manufacturer: TPL

To remove the belt clip from the pager housing, locate a small black horizontal tab that is situated about a half an inch from the bottom right of the belt clip. While applying pressure to the top left of the belt clip with your thumb, lift the black horizontal tab slightly and the belt clip should move to the right and detach out of the slot.

Attaching the belt clip to the back of the pager requires rectangular-looking plastic pieces near the top and bottom of the belt clip be inserted into the slots at the top and bottom of the pager housing. Align the belt clip to the right, insert into the slots, and then move the belt clip strongly to the left until it “clicks” into place. You can test if the belt clip is secure by pushing it to the right. If it does not move, it is securely in place. If it does move, repeat the previous steps until you get a secure fit.
