Hytera TC700Ex Analog Portable Radio

The Hytera TC700 Ex is an Intrinsically Safe Analog Portable Radio intended for use in potentially explosive environments encountered by firefighters and other emergency services personnel. The radio has been specifically designed and constructed to be safely operated in these hazardous type conditions. The “Intrinsically Safe” classification is a fire safety rating given to the equipment by the Factory Mutual Research Corporation. With this rating, the radio is considered safe to use in certain flammable or combustible atmospheres. The I.S. Along with the I.S. certification, the TC700 Ex is also IP54 compliant for protection against dust and water intrusion. The radio is available in VHF or UHF models, has 16 channels, and comes standard with a 2100 maHr Lithium-Ion battery, MCU Charger, switching power adapter, antenna, belt clip and strap. The fully charged Intrinsically Safe Li-Ion battery can be operated for approximately 15 hours when calculated with the (5/5/90) duty cycle. The physical dimensions are 4.8 x 2.2 x 1.5 inches and the portable radio weighs 15 oz.
